The RAK11720 stamp module is built on the robust AMA3B1KK-KBR-B0 MCU from Ambiq (also known as Ambiq Apollo3) and integrates a Semtech SX1262 LoRa® transceiver. This module features an integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) transceiver within the AMA3B1KK-KBR-B0, enhancing its communication capabilities.
The RAK11720 is pin-compatible and shares the same size and footprint as the RAK3172 module, allowing you to upgrade your existing designs and BOM to include BLE without needing to redesign your PCB. The dual RF communication capabilities (LoRa® + BLE) make the module suitable for a wide range of IoT applications, such as home automation, sensor networks, building automation, and other IoT network applications.
