Alpha Micro were proud to exhibit at this year’s Engineering Design Show — the UK’s top event for design, electronics and embedded engineering. The show gathered thousands of engineers, innovators and technology leaders under one roof.
Our team had an excellent opportunity to engage with so many industry professionals, discussing innovative solutions and sharing insights into IoT connectivity, wireless modules and sustainable power. It was inspiring to see such passion for smart design and cutting-edge technology.

Alpha Micro attended EDS for the second year in succession. As a company we wanted to explore the connectivity market, showing our broad knowledge of both long and short-range technology with key suppliers. At the same time, we were excited to look toward the new opportunities as part of the Steliau Technology family, maintaining the values of a technically focused, design-led distributor for new product ranges to support our customers’ designs and projects with a wider portfolio.
Visitors explored the latest solutions from our partners, including u-blox, Senso8, RAKwireless, Antenna Company and VINATech. Many joined our live product demos and took part in our giveaway. We’re excited to announce there are still more prizes to come.
