ZED-F9T timing modules offer nanosecond-level precision, catering to the exacting needs of infrastructure applications. Specifically engineered to fulfill stringent timing synchronisation requirements in global 5G mobile networks, the ZED-F9T module plays a pivotal role in minimising time errors, thereby optimising network performance and enhancing returns on investments in 5G communications.
Utilising its multi-band capability, the ZED-F9T achieves timing accuracy of less than 5ns under clear skies, obviating the necessity for external GNSS correction services. Additionally, it features a differential timing mode for local accuracy enhancement, enabling the exchange of correction data with neighboring GNSS timing receivers via a communication network.
Accessing multiple bands across all four global satellite constellations bolsters the receiver's capability to deliver consistently reliable performance. To accommodate diverse GNSS signal requirements and design preferences, the ZED-F9T module is offered in two pin-compatible band versions, supporting either L1/L2/E5b or L1/L5/E5a configurations.
Advanced security features, including secure boot, secure interfaces and T-RAIM, are integrated into the ZED-F9T to ensure the utmost timing integrity.
