The u-blox SARA-R510AWS leverages the u-blox UBX-R5 cellular chipset within an AWS IoT ExpressLink module. It streamlines the development process for secure IoT devices by seamlessly connecting the robust u-blox chipset with AWS's cloud computing services. This integration ensures long-term availability and lifetime support from chip to cloud.
Operating on LTE-M, the module boasts a rich array of 3GPP Rel. 14 features tailored for IoT applications. These enhancements encompass power efficiency, extended coverage, enhanced data rates, improved mobility and precise positioning. Moreover, its readiness for 5G enables future-proofing, allowing for seamless device upgrades post the complete deployment of 5G LTE by network operators, thereby enhancing scalability and longevity.
